We are located in Thomas, West Virginia - in the heart of Tucker County where Blackwater Falls State Park, Canaan Valley National Wildlife Refuge, Monongahela National Forest, and the Dolly Sods and Otter Creek Wilderness Areas surround family-friendly small towns of Thomas, Davis and Parsons.

Positions Available
Primary Classroom Assistant
Support learning for children ages 3-6 in a Montessori classroom environment.
Work with the Primary Lead Guide offering lessons based on student needs and interests.
Build positive relationships with parents, children, families and staff.
Professional Development & Montessori Training will be Required.
Full Time mid-August through May
Associate degree or higher preferred. High School diploma required.
Experience with children or youth is preferred.
Must pass background checks.
Primary and Lower Elementary Lead Guides
The Primary Lead Guide provides daycare and educational programs for 3–5-year-olds.
The Elementary Lead Guide provides a complete educational program for 6–9-year-olds.
Create a prepared Montessori classroom environment and prepare lessons based on student needs and interests.
Build positive relationships with parents, children, families and staff.
Professional Development & Montessori Training will be Required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. High School diploma required.
Experience with children or youth is preferred.
Full Time mid-August through May
Must pass background checks.
Substitute Teacher and Support Staff
Fill in for Lead Guides, Classroom Assistants, or Practical Life Specialists working with 3–12-year-olds.
Available on short notice or for planned absences.
Professional Development & Montessori Training will be required.
Associate degree or higher preferred. High School diploma required.
Experience with children or youth is preferred.
Must pass background checks.
Learning Center Director
Staff Leadership & Curriculum Guidance
Fiscal Management & DHHR Compliance
Bachelor's Degree Required in Education or related field.
Montessori experience preferred.
Must meet WV DHHR Director qualifications.
